Maryam Rajavi calls for trial of mullahs’ regime leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity
In an unprecedented revelation in the course of escalating internal feuding within the Iranian regime, Mehdi Karoubi, one of the mullahs’ presidential candidates, admitted with pride saying, “When the war broke out and we were attacked, we spoke to people in such a way that from the Ministry of Education 36,000 children went to the war and martyred. This does not include the wounded [children].” |

Mullahs’ Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has ordered that the number of voters in the presidential election on Friday should be announced 35 million, more than 75 percent of the eligible voters, according to reports from Iran. To this end, officials of the regime in the ministries of interior and intelligence, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Bassij Paramilitary Force and other bodies have been ordered to forge ballots, exaggerate figures and arrange for riggings, in order to facilitate the release of this figure. |

Since 5:30 am (local time - Iraq) on Friday, June 5, rapid deployment forces of the Iraqi police at the entrance of Ashraf, blocked the road and entrance to Ashraf. They blocked entry of goods and people to the Camp and intensified the suppressive siege of Ashraf. Eight members of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) who were at the entry point of the Camp were threatened by arrest and death. |

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, described Wednesday‘s television debate between mullahs’ president Ahmadinejad and Mir-Hossein Moussavi, a presidential candidate and a former prime minister, where the mullahs’ secrets were revealed, as a turning point in the regime’s escalating internal feuding and a devastating blow to its entirety. Whoever comes out of ballot boxes is doomed to suffer from its scathing and broad consequences, she reiterated. Immediate reaction by Hashemi Rafsanjani, former president and the head of the regime’s Expediency Council, to the debate and his call to respond on television to charges made there against him is the unraveling outcome of the debate. |

On Monday, May 4, Iranian teachers protested against intolerable living conditions as well as the Iranian regime’s failure to implement the state services management law proposing a pay raise for teachers. The law, which was supposed to be implemented five months ago, proposes a minimum 30 percent salary hike for teachers. |
