Friday night, December 24, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the Iranian Resistance's
President-elect attended the Christmas Eve ceremonies at St. Mary
Madeleine Church in Paris.
Pastor Bernard Mollat, the head of the St. Mary Madeleine Church,
greeted Mrs. Rajavi and the accompanying delegation who were seated at
the VIP section next to a statue of the Virgin Mary.
A number of committee chairs and members of the National Council of Resistance of Iran accompanied Mrs. Rajavi.

The Iranian Resistance's President-elect Maryam Rajavi was
the guest of honor at the conference. In her address, she said, "The
terror tag against the Mojahedin is a fatal political error and counter
to the war on terrorism and fundamentalism. It will intensify the human
rights abuses in Iran. |

At a Memorial ceremony, in Auver-sur-Oise, Maryam Rajavi pays
tribute to the late leader of the Palestinian people, Yasser Arafat.
Arab and Palestinian, French and African dignitaries, residents of
Auver-sur-Oise and NCRI personalities and members of the Iranian
community in France participated in the service. |

Eid al-Fitr ceremonies marking the end of the month of
Ramadan took place at the residence of the Iranian Resistance's
President-elect, Maryam Rajavi.
In a speech to the well-wishers who had gathered, Mrs. Rajavi offered
her greetings to all Muslims, particularly the Iranian people, on Eid
al-Fitr, and expressed hope that peace and human values around the
world would be promoted. |
