 "The breaking down of the Supreme Leader's masquerade, the raging war of the wolves, the million-strong uprisings complete with the chants of “death to dictator” and the disintegration of the decadent regime is the start of an irreversible era, which has set the wheels in motion against the regime in its entirety in favor of a democratic solution.

This is the new era of resistance for freedom. This carries the promise of the great spring for the Iranian people, and the beginning of the end of the velayat-e faqih regime. It heralds the victory of Iran's democratic and victorious revolution."

My fellow compatriots,
The removal of the PMOI from the EU’s blacklist is a victory for law and justice. This is an accomplishment which belongs to all jurists, members of parliament, and honorable and esteemed personalities who rose up to defend the rule of law in solidarity with the Iranian people’s Resistance. They were larger than life human beings who worked tirelessly in this campaign and turned a page in the history of Europe and the world on the dark era of appeasement.

My fellow compatriots,
Friends of the Resistance,
The obstacle of the terrorist allegation has crumbled. The spell has at last been broken. With perseverance and determination, you courageously rose above the flames of injustice and rendered law and justice victorious. Your resistance established the right of the Iranian people to struggle for freedom. This marks a decisive turning point on the course of democratic change in Iran. It is the beginning of a momentous era and a prelude to the liberation of our enchained homeland.

 “The Legal experts declared today that the decision by the Council of Ministers to maintain the PMOI in the terrorist list on France's initiative lacks any legal standing. This decision betrays the rule of law. In order to respect the rule of law and the views expressed by the European parliamentarians, the EU must immediately remove the PMOI from its list”, Maryam Rajavi said in Brussels on September 16.

A memorial ceremony for the late Lord Russell-Johnston was held at the residence of Maryam Rajavi, president-elect of the Iranian Resistance, in Auvers-sur-Oise, north of Paris. Participants, including British parliamentarians, French dignitaries and many other French and Iranians expressed condolences to members of Lord Russell-Johnston's family in this ceremony. In a speech, Mrs. Rajavi paid tribute to this great friend of the Iranian Resistance.
