If you remember, I once said in a speech to young people, never—never, never—let your hearts be emptied of the pain and suffering of your deprived people, the people who lack water, bread, food and medicine.
Do not pass by the pains of your people with indifference.
When you see prisoners lingering under death sentences, or when you see every day repression, you, the young generation, must not be calm or complacent.
Never underestimate your effectiveness and the role you can play in changing this situation. The responsibility for rescuing Iran and securing its freedom rests with Iranians themselves, especially the young generation. Your strength lies in your numbers and in your organization.
Set your historic duty before you every day.
Your duties: Make the voices of Iran’s oppressed people, and of political prisoners heard around the world.
Open the eyes of governments to the regime’s crimes.
Work to defend the rights of the PMOI members at Ashraf 3.
Above all, let your behavior, living and acting like PMOI members, set the best example to promote the Resistance. You young people can recruit many to the cause, create long ranks of fighters and supporters who are prepared to pay the price for this independent movement, this is the only way — and it is absolutely essential.
