Adoption of resolution condemning systematic violation of human rights in Iran

Maryam Rajavi: After sixty condemnations, enough of words; mullahs’ regime criminal file should be referred to the UN Security Council and International Criminal Court
Maryam Rajavi, welcomed ratification of the 60th resolution condemning systematic and barbaric violation of human rights in Iran, including the escalating trend of executions, tortures and inhuman punishments, especially execution of minors and covert mass executions. She stated: After adoption of sixty resolutions by the United Nations and reciprocally Iranian regime’s defiance, no longer do verbal condemnations suffice and regime’s criminal dossier must be referred to the Security Council and the International Criminal Court with those responsible for these atrocities to be brought to justice. Nothing less is acceptable to the Iranian people whose children throughout Iran, from Kurdistan, Sistan and Baluchistan, and Khuzestan to Tehran… and in Ashraf and Camp Liberty in Iraq, are victims of mass executions.

Given the dossier of regime’s atrocities has taken added dimensions following the election show with 320 prisoners executed since, any welcoming or placating of Mullah Rouhani and endorsement of the sham election of the illegitimate regime of Velayat-e faqih only adds fuel to the machine of suppression and massacre of the clerical regime and raises revulsion and abhorrence of Iranian people.
Rajavi warned all parties who seek to continue the policy of appeasement and that while negotiating on regime’s nuclear weapons project completely forget violation of human rights in Iran, execution of 120,000 political prisoners, export of terrorism and fundamentalism and warmongering of this regime in the region, especially in Syria and Iraq, and obstruct any resolute action in this regard, that whether they like it or not, they are both supporting the massacre and suppression of Iranian people as well as endangering regional and global peace and tranquility. This regime ought to be banished from the international community.
