The dossier on flagrant violations of human rights in Iran needs to be urgently referred to the UN Security Council

The dossier of flagrant and systematic violations of human rights in Iran, particularly the dossier on the regime’s behavior in prisons, must be referred to the UN Security Council.
Once again, I urge the UN Secretary General, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN Special Rapporteurs, and the international human rights organizations to take immediate action to visit the Iranian regime’s prisons and prisoners, and especially the political prisoners.
Prisoners must enjoy the right to life and freedom from torture. They must receive medical services especially during the Coronavirus Tsunami in Iran. Prisoners must be released even if it is temporarily.
In Iran, the word prison is synonymous with torture and execution. The clerical regime’s leaders must face justice for four decades of crime against humanity.
